LotFancy flower drying silica beads are treated with dust-proof technology, they absorb moisture without the use of chemical reactions. Fine silica gel beads are stored in an air-tight sealed container for long-term preservation and protection. Fine Silica Gel Crystals<1 mm, lightweight flower drying sands puts less pressure on fresh flowers, beads will absorb moisture without damaging flowers, altering the colors or changing their shape. The orange crystals change color to blackish green when they become saturated with moisture.

  • Spread them in a shallow sheet and place them in a 120℃/ 250℉oven for 30-60 mins or until all green beads change back to orange
  • Useful Tips:
  • Our silica gel sand is non-toxic, but we recommend wearing a mask and using gloves when handling the product
  • As you pour the gel into the container, avoid inhaling any fine dust that may be released
  • White flowers may become beige when dry, while red flowers will be a little darker
  • Dried flowers fade quickly in sunlight or extreme heat, so be sure to keep them in cool areas away from window
