  •  Do NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
  • Hot Therapy Instruction--Microwave: Heat for 20 seconds at 1000 wattage or 30 seconds at 800 wattages. Boiling: Immerse the pack in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cold Therapy Instruction--Put the gel pack in a freezer for 1.5-2 hours and wait for 1-2mins before inserting in the wrap.
